For more than thirty years, one question has never left me.
Why do so many children lose their natural curiosity at school?
Children are born eager to learn.
They ask questions.
They explore.
They imagine.
They create.
Learning comes naturally to them.
Yet somewhere along the way, many begin to lose confidence. Their curiosity fades. Learning becomes something they have to do instead of something they love to do.
For more than three decades, I have dedicated my life to understanding why.
I grew up in an international school, created schools of my own, led educational teams, worked alongside hundreds of children and families, and continued studying how children learn throughout my career.
The more experience I gained, the stronger one conviction became.
Children are not the problem.
Too often, it is the system that no longer meets their needs.
Education should never ask every child to fit into the same model.
It should adapt to every child's individuality, nurture their strengths, respect their pace, and inspire them to become confident, curious, compassionate, and capable human beings.
That conviction became the foundation of UNITED SPARK EDUCATION.

At the heart of UNITED SPARK EDUCATION is Nathalie Rosfelder, a pioneer in innovative education for over 30 years.
