The Founders Committee
Helping shape the future together

Some families may wish to contribute even more actively to the development of United Spark Education.
For this reason, we will establish a small Founders Committee composed of a limited number of volunteer Founding Families.
​
The committee is not a governing body and does not make operational decisions.
​
Instead, it serves as a collaborative forum where ideas, experiences and perspectives can be shared in an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect.
​
Meeting regularly online with the founder, committee members may be invited to:
• discuss future initiatives
• review new educational projects
• provide feedback on family experience
• explore innovative ideas
• share perspectives from different countries and cultures
• help us better understand the evolving needs of our international community

The diversity of our families is one of our greatest strengths.
​
By bringing together parents from different backgrounds, professions and experiences, the Founders Committee will enrich our thinking and help ensure that United Spark Education continues to evolve with wisdom, creativity and purpose.

Participation in the committee is entirely voluntary and by invitation, based on availability, interest and the desire to contribute positively to the life of the school.

Whether or not a family joins the committee, every Founding Family remains an equally valued member of The Founders Circle.

The Founders Circle is built on a simple belief: trust deserves to be recognised.

As a lasting expression of our gratitude, every Founding Family will receive a number of exclusive recognitions that will remain unique to this founding generation.

Official Founding Family Certificate
Each Founding Family will receive a personalised Founding Family Certificate, bearing the exclusive Founders Seal of United Spark Education.
This certificate formally recognises your family's place among the founding generation and serves as a lasting reminder that you were there at the very beginning of our story.

Founding Family Digital Badge
Members of The Founders Circle will also receive an exclusive digital badge celebrating their permanent status as a Founding Family.
Designed as a modern symbol of belonging, it reflects your contribution to the beginning of UNITED SPARK EDUCATION and your place within our international community.

Priority access
As UNITED SPARK EDUCATION continues to grow, new programmes, learning experiences and community initiatives will be introduced over time.

Whenever participation is limited, Founding Families will enjoy priority access to selected opportunities, allowing them to remain closely connected to the continuing development of the school.

Lifetime Founding Family status
The title of Founding Family is permanent.
​
The Founders Circle is open only during the founding period of UNITED SPARK EDUCATION.
​
Once this chapter closes, no new families will be able to join.
​
Those who become Founding Families will always be recognised as the families who believed in the school's vision from the very beginning.

The Founders Charter

Who can become a Founding Family?
The Founders Circle is open to all families enrolling during the official founding period of United Spark Education. Membership is limited to this launch phase and will close permanently once the founding period ends.

Membership in The Founders Circle is offered as a recognition of families who join United Spark Education during its founding years. There is no separate membership fee.

How long will my Founding Family status last?
Your status as a Founding Family is permanent.
Once you become part of The Founders Circle, this recognition remains with your family for the lifetime of the school.

Will every Founding Family join the Founders Committee?
No.
The Founders Committee is a small voluntary group composed of a limited number of Founding Families who wish to contribute more actively to the ongoing development of the school.
All Founding Families remain equally valued members of The Founders Circle.

Will my child receive academic advantages?
No.
Every child at United Spark Education benefits from the same commitment to educational excellence.
The Founders Circle is a programme of recognition and community engagement rather than academic privilege.

Can international families become Founding Families?
Absolutely.

What happens once the founding period ends?
The school will continue to welcome new families for many years to come.
However, The Founders Circle will close permanently, and no new Founding Families will be added.
