OUR VALUES, OUR COMPASS

At UNITED SPARK EDUCATION, our values are not displayed on a wall. They are lived, practiced, and woven into every aspect of our students' daily experience. They form the foundation of everything we do and the heart of who we are.
Openness to the world
Language is a gateway to the world. From the earliest age, our students grow in a genuinely multilingual and multicultural environment, supported by the diverse backgrounds of our families and staff. Learning different languages is not simply an academic exercise. It is a lived experience that fosters curiosity, respect, and a deep appreciation for the richness of human diversity.
Critical thinking and philosophy
We want our students to ask not only "how" but "why." From preschool onwards, philosophy is woven into our curriculum, giving children the tools to think independently, analyze complex situations, and communicate with clarity and confidence. Critical thinking is not a skill we add on. It is a habit of mind we cultivate from the very beginning.
Cooperation over competition
We believe the future belongs to those who know how to work together. Learning is not a solitary act. It is built through exchange, dialogue, and mutual support. Our students engage in collaborative and interdisciplinary projects where they discover that a group working well can achieve what no individual could alone. Helping others learn is itself a powerful way to learn.
Exploration, creativity,
and the freedom to make mistakes
Curiosity is the engine of all learning. We create the conditions for children to explore freely, experiment boldly, and express themselves without fear. Mistakes are not failures to be avoided. They are experiences to be embraced, reflected upon, and learned from. In our classrooms, taking risks is encouraged, and every attempt is valued.
A caring and nurturing environment
Children thrive when they feel safe, seen, and respected. We cultivate a warm and positive atmosphere where each child's progress is celebrated, where emotions are acknowledged and guided, and where learning to live together with empathy, assertiveness, and compassion is considered as important as any academic subject.
Active citizenship and environmental responsibility
We raise children who understand the world they live in and feel empowered to contribute to its transformation. Through weekly citizenship and philosophy classes, as well as environmental and social projects co-designed with families, our students develop a genuine sense of responsibility toward others and toward the planet. We encourage their involvement in local, national, and international initiatives, because we believe that engaged citizens are made, not born.
Autonomy and the love of learning
Our pedagogy is built on the conviction that children learn best when they are active participants in their own education. We give them the tools to research, question, experiment, and build knowledge through experience. Our goal is not to fill minds with information. It is to ignite a love of learning that will carry them far beyond the walls of any classroom.
Body, mind, and well-being
True learning engages the whole child. Through workshops on mindfulness, concentration, and movement, our students learn to be present, to listen to their bodies, and to manage their emotions. A child who feels well within themselves is a child who can learn, connect, and grow.
Nature as a teacher
Nature is one of our most powerful educational tools. It offers children concrete, sensory experiences that spark curiosity and build an early and lasting awareness of sustainability and the interconnectedness of all living things. Whether through garden spaces, outdoor exploration, or nature-based projects, we ensure that the natural world is always part of our students' learning environment.
Integrity, honesty, and responsibility
We nurture children of character. Our curriculum places a strong emphasis on honesty, fairness, and respect for others, for the environment, and for oneself. Students learn to take responsibility for their actions and their consequences, developing the ethical foundations they will need to become thoughtful, engaged, and compassionate citizens of the world.
